This is how it all works

	Complete our online questionnaire You'll need to fill out our questionnaire (all done online) which asks about the details of your new company (name of the company, names and addresses of people involved etc). Our super-smart form allows to correct mistakes as you go through and provides helpful assistance along the way.

	Payment and lodgment of the company After you've paid the registration fees with your Visa or Mastercard, our system electronically registers your company (a unique service in Australia) with the government while you wait. You don't need to go anywhere or do anything.

	Certificate and ACN Once our system has lodged your new company we'll email you the official Certificate of Registration from the government and the new ACN (Australian Company Number). We will also prepare your Consents of Officer & Members, opening minutes, share certificates & share registers for immediate download.

That's it! Your new company will be officially registered and ready to trade.

How easy is it to complete the questionnaire?
Very easy. Our top priority was to make an online questionnaire that anybody could use and understand. You can go back and review your information at any time and make corrections (if needed). Assistance is available if you wish to learn more about any of the questions being asked.

Can I just try it out?
Yes you can. There is no upfront payment or commitment.

How long does the whole process take?
The questionnaire can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes complete - it depends on the details of your new company (how many directors there are etc). Once the questionnaire is complete then we lodge the company for incorporation. This process usually takes 20 minutes. While this is happening you can stay at our site and wait for the confirmation.
